In order to install the Load Communicator™ the following steps should be followed:

Call up http://www.loadmedia.com/demo.
Click on "Download Load Communicator" . This will prompt the download window.
You will have the option to "run ……" or "save ……".
Choose the save option and save LD20.exe to a familiar folder.
Once the download is complete double-click LD20.exe from its saved location.
Once the file is unzipped it will prompt the licensing agreement and profile registration windows.
When the install is complete, the player will be prompted and will begin automatically receiving (downloading) the shows.
To see how the on-demand ordering works (as opposed to periodic subscription delivery), erase the content by either dragging it into the trash at the lower left corner of the player or by using the delete button located next to the video control buttons.
Once deleted you can return to the site, www.loadmedia.com/demo, and click on any of the show buttons. This will prompt delivery of each piece of content.
